Is Biden Compromised by the Chinese?

My anger was riled today when I learned that the Chines Commie Party is floating a spy balloon over our nation and the guy in the White House told the military to stand down and let them spy when they should have blown it out of the sky. That raises a lot of questions. Is this guy and his family compromised by the commies?
